Our vision at COH is “Oral Health for All.” That’s why we provide dental services in select California cities for those who may not have easy access to dental care. We focus on assisting children, low income families, pregnant women, people with disabilities, the elderly, and many others.
Big Bear Rural Health Clinic
Our Rural Health Clinic in Big Bear is the only all-ages dental clinic in the area available to see patients. This is important because of rising health care costs and the remote location of residents. We offer quality care that saves patients driving time and money.

Early Smiles Sacramento was established in 2016 to help underserved children in Sacramento County with their dental care needs. Services include an oral health examination, oral hygiene instruction, topical application of fluoride, and more. We also help find dental services for the uninsured.
